EVoShift has one plan, Premium, with everything in it. You pay for the number of people you schedule; your team uses the app for free. The plan belongs to the owner and covers all their workplaces.
The free trial
Every new owner gets 45 days free, with no card needed. The trial starts when you open your first workplace. During the trial you can use everything for your whole team.

Plans by team size
Plans go by how many people you schedule: up to 10, 25, 50 or 100 people. You don't pick one at the start: after the trial, and on the plans screen, the app suggests the plan that fits your team today, with the store's price on one button; the others are under Other plans. A person is everyone with an active place in any of your workplaces; you, the owner, don't count. Every plan includes:
- rosters, shifts and the weekly blueprint;
- availability, swaps and absences for the whole team;
- labour cost, pay estimates and daily takings;
- up to 6 workplaces.
Pay monthly or yearly. Plan and subscription shows how many people you have (People in your team: 8 of 10).
Growing past the plan never blocks you. You and your managers add people as before, also past the plan's number. The owner then sees From the next period: the plan for up to 25 people with a button that switches in one tap. Stores never charge more without your consent, so this is a suggestion: if you don't switch, everything keeps working for everyone and the app keeps reminding you, with the renewal date in the last days before it.

Subscribe or change the plan
- Open More → Plan and subscription and tap Choose a plan (or Change the number of people later).
- Tap the button with the suggested plan and its price, or open Other plans to pick another number of people or a yearly payment.
You pay through the store where you subscribe: Google Play on Android, the App Store on iPhone, or a secure card checkout on the web. Change or cancel the plan in the same place: Manage subscription opens it. A plan bought in one store works everywhere; on a new device use Restore purchases if it doesn't show up.
When the trial or plan ends
Nothing is deleted. Your workplaces become read-only: everyone can still open the app and see the rosters, shifts and reports, but nobody can make changes, and you can't add people or workplaces. The owner sees Your free trial has ended. You can still see everything; choose a plan to make changes again. Team members see that the plan has ended and are asked to talk to the owner.
Choose a plan and everything works again at once, exactly as you left it.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time in your store account (Manage subscription). The plan runs until the end of the period you paid for, then the workplaces turn read-only as above. Removing a workplace does not cancel the subscription: cancel it in the store.
