Everything you need as a member of the team, on one page. Your manager plans the roster; you see your shifts, swap them, tell the team when you can work and ask for time off. The app is free for you.

Your manager gives you an invitation link or an 8-character code. Create an account, choose I was invited, enter the code and join. Details in Getting started.
Home
Home answers the two big questions: when do I work, and how much have I earned?
- Your next shift, with the Clock In button when it is time (Clocking in).
- My pay estimate for the month: take-home pay with the gross next to it, from your planned and worked hours. On an employment contract it also shows overtime, Sunday and holiday work without a day off and a minimum-wage top-up on their own lines, and, from your approved absences, sick pay (or the ZUS sickness benefit after 33 days of illness a year), the salary not paid for days of illness and holiday pay. A pay change during the month is counted pro rata, and PPK comes off the take-home pay if you save in it. Each is an estimate: your employer decides the final amount.
- Action Inbox: unread messages and things waiting for you.
On Android and iPhone you can also add the EVoShift widget to your home screen to see your next shift without opening the app.
My shifts
My shifts shows the published roster as a calendar. Pick a day to see Shifts for that day: yours are marked My Shift, open ones Open Shift. Switch between Show my shifts and Marketplace shifts.
Tap your shift for its details: the hours, your colleagues, the swap options and the Actual hours if you need to correct them.
Your shifts in your calendar
In My shifts, the calendar icon in the top bar (Add to calendar) opens Your shifts in your calendar; Profile has the same entry. Your own shifts then appear in the calendar you already use and update by themselves (about a month back and four months ahead).
Tap your calendar once:
- Apple Calendar (iPhone, iPad, Mac): the Subscribe window opens; confirm it.
- Google Calendar: opens in your browser; confirm Add. The calendar then also appears in the Google Calendar app on your phone (the app itself cannot add a calendar from a link).
- Outlook (Outlook.com, Hotmail) or Outlook (work account) (Microsoft 365): confirm Import.
- Another app: Copy link and paste it where the app adds a calendar from the internet.
On a computer, a QR code lets you add the calendar on an iPhone or iPad with the camera.
How quickly changes show: the calendar app decides how often it checks: Apple about every hour, Outlook every few hours, Google sometimes only after 12 to 24 hours.
What the link shows: only your own shifts (date, time, workplace and its address, role); no pay and no colleagues. Anyone who has the link sees these shifts, so keep it to yourself. Under Your link, Create a new link stops the old one (calendars added with it stop updating, so add your calendar again) and Turn the link off ends it. The app remembers the link on the device where it was made; on another device, choosing a calendar asks before making a new link.
Only this month, as a file: Download .ics saves your published shifts of the month; open it in your calendar. Downloading again later updates the same events instead of adding new ones.
Swap or give away a shift
Tap your shift → Swap / Change → Put on Marketplace (anyone can take it) or Swap with person (ask one colleague). Take a free shift with Take this shift under Marketplace shifts. Your manager may have to approve; see Shift swaps and the marketplace.
Your availability
When your manager asks, Availability shows the month with a deadline. Tap Fill Availability, mark each day Available or Unavailable, pick your preferred parts of the day and tap Send. Week templates make it quick. More in Availability.
Time off
Absences → New Absence Request: choose the type (e.g. Sick leave or Vacation), the dates and tap Submit Request. Don't write medical details. If your sick note is paid at 100%, switch on Sick pay at 100% (only the rate is kept, not the reason). You get a notification when it is approved or rejected. More in Absences.
Tips
More → Tips shows your share of each tip pool your workplace entered: "Your share: 85,00 zł", with the hours that counted. Managers also see every pool, enter the tips of a day or a week, and can weigh hours by role (for example 50% for a role that shares less). The tips are split by the hours clocked (less the unpaid break), to the grosz, and the shares always add up to the pool. Export CSV saves a pool's split. EVoShift only splits the tips: whether and how they are taxed or reported is for the employer and their accountant.
Several workplaces
Working in two places, even for two employers? One account is enough. Switch with More → Switch workplace. EVoShift also warns managers when a shift would clash with one you already have elsewhere (without telling them where).
Your privacy
Co-workers see your name, role and photo. Your pay, phone, address and bank account are visible only to you and to the owner and managers with finances. Your Profile shows what your workplace keeps about you: whether you lead shifts, your medical exam and OHS training dates and your availability notes. Download or delete your data at any time: see Privacy and your data.
